egg sliders

Egg sliders are my favorite thing on our menu.  the Cookroom has recently been voted “Best Of” Long Island
for the breakfast category, and for me, sliders are it – THE best breakfast.  Egg, cheese and thin sliced canadian bacon on two house-made cheddar biscuits.  Served with a side of homefries.  If you like eggs and you haven’t tried the sliders yet, you are blowing it.  We make the eggs to order.  Pictured here, sliders scrambled.  I go over easy for the gooey goodness.
